What's the difference between SPC and WPC luxury vinyl flooring?

Both SPC and WPC are waterproof luxury vinyl flooring options, but WPC has a more flexible core. At Dalton Mill Direct Carpet, we often recommend WPC because its flexible locking system is less likely to break or develop gaps during installation.

How long does it take for special-order flooring to arrive?

Most special-order flooring products arrive within one to two weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product availability. We'll keep you updated throughout the ordering process and coordinate your installation schedule.

How long does hardwood flooring need to acclimate before installation?

Hardwood flooring should acclimate inside your home for a minimum of 72 hours before installation. This allows the wood to adjust to your home's temperature and humidity, helping ensure long-term performance.

Do you offer financing for flooring and remodeling projects?
